Registration fees must be paid at the time of registration. You can pay via cash, check or Venmo.
NEW ATHLETES: Please bring your athletes birth certificate; we will scan it in on site and return it to you. New athletes must also be present at the time of registration for their photo to be taken.
All cheerleaders must be present to be sized for uniforms.
The forms below can be printed in advance and filled out or we will have copies available for you to fill out on site. You will need your athletes Insurance Information and the date of their last tetanus shot for the form.We can’t wait to see you!
