2025 Fundraising Information
**NEW THIS YEAR- DIGITAL FUNDRAISING SIGN OUT/IN!!!**
New this year, we will be doing away with paper fundraising sign outs and moving to digital using Google Forms. Using the link or QR code below, you can sign out your current fundraiser then just stop by the fundraising table to pick up the tickets. When it's time to sign them in, you can submit the form then bring any items you need to turn in (leftover tickets, ticket stubs, cash) to the fundraising table. If you're paying via Venmo, please do so before filling out the form for verification purposes. We hope streamlining this process will make everything much smoother for everyone.

Fundraiser #1: Vertical Raise
This is an online donation fundraiser. Send out 20 emails and 10 text messages to reach your goal of $200! Every dollar raised goes towards your $250 goal for the season.

Fundraiser #2: Discount Cards
Each athlete is responsible for selling 10 cards at $10 each.
Cards can be picked up starting 8/4 and must be returned by 8/26.
Every dollar raised goes towards your $250 goal for the season.
Fundraiser #3: Pire's Mum Tickets
Each athlete is responsible for selling 5 cards at $10 each.
Cards can be picked up starting 8/26 and must be returned by 9/9.
50% of every ticket sold goes towards your $250 goal for the season.
Fundraiser #4: Raffle Tickets
Each athlete is responsible for selling 10 tickets at $10 each.
Cards can be picked up starting 9/9 and must be returned by 9/23.
Every dollar raised goes towards your $250 goal for the season.

Important Information About Fundraisers
Fundraising is what sets our program apart from others and allows us to provide so much equipment and other items for our program. Fundraising dollars support everything from all of our brand new uniforms, reconditioning or replacing helmets, guardian caps, flag bonnets, cheer mats, etc.
**NEW FOR 2025**
If your athlete raises $250 in any combination of fundraisers, they will be eligible for a custom hoodie at the end of the season. Children with multiple families are asked to reach the $250 goal for the first child and $125 for each additional child to qualify for the sweatshirt.
You can pick up physical tickets for fundraisers & turn in money with Lexi Wilcox at the blue tent at the football fields on Tuesdays & Thursdays throughout the season.
Please be timely in picking up and returning your fundraisers so we can keep our program organized and provide exciting items throughout the season!
